INFORMATION FOR DISTANCE APPLICANTS

For admission to distance learning of the Ijevan branch of YSU, you need to fill out an application form on the website of ATC "dimord.am".

To fill out the application, you need:

a) have a personal ATC number

b) the receipt of 1,500 drams transferred to the ATC account number (900018003401) for participating in each entrance exam.

Ijevan branch applicants are assigned a personal number by the Admissions Committee, or if the applicant has participated in the 2023 university entrance exams, they can use the personal number issued by the National Committee during that period.

Applicants with positive score(s) from the joint exams of the chosen professions can submit those score(s) to the competition or take new exams. In this case, the higher scores will be used in the competition.

Applicants benefiting from the privileges defined in paragraphs 41-43 of the distance learning admission rules are exempted from the entrance exam fees.

 

The deadline for applications for distance learning admission is September 25 at 6:00 p.m.

The entrance exams will be held on October 20-27. The lists of applicants admitted to the university will be approved by October 30.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION OF DISTANCE LEARNING FOR THE 2023-2024 ACADEMIC YEAR

  1. Graduation document (certificate or diploma with the mark sheet),

  2. 4 photos (size 3×4 cm) /have the electronic version as well/

  3. Identity document (passport, identification card, birth certificate, refugee certificate, RA special passport, residence certificate) / a copy of the document is also submitted.

  4. Military booklet, if available (the original and a copy, the original is returned after the compliance check) or a certificate from the military commissariat about passing the term military service (a copy of the certificate is also submitted).

  5. 2023 Applicants using the privileges specified in points 41-43 of the rules of the distance admission procedure submit relevant documents (persons with disabilities of 1st or 2nd group and children under 18 years of age with 40 or severe and profound functional limitations (children)), without parental about the rest of the care, as well as information provided by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, the Police of the Republic of Armenia and the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia). Diplomas of international and national competitions (Olympiads, festivals) (if available). 5. Certificate of unified exams issued by "Evaluation and Testing Center" SNOC (in case of maintaining a positive grade of the unified exam).

  6. Persons studying in the on-site education system can submit a copy of the secondary education certificate with the marking and seal of the university where the original is located to participate in the distance learning admission competition.

  7. In order to receive tuition fee compensation in the form of an allowance from the state in accordance with the established procedure (if available), a reference provided by the territorial body providing social services regarding the unit of family insecurity, the RA Government, dated 2014. Certificate of permanent residence registered in the communities receiving social assistance included in Annex No. 1 of Decision No. 1444-Н of December 18, certificate of permanent residence in the last five years, certificate certifying participation in combat operations, if there is no corresponding note in the military book.

Payment receipt

After filling out the application form, the applicant transfers the electronic version of the 1,500 dram payment receipt to the appropriate account number of the ATC /900018003401/ for participation in each exam / 3,000 AMD is paid for two exams, necessarily in the applicant's name/must also have the electronic version of the payment receipt.
