In the "Admission" section, you will find complete information related to admission, the admission procedure, the available specialties, the number of vacancies and fees, the applications, the passing thresholds of previous years, and the programs of internal examination (Applied Arts, Design).

The registration of subjects for the entrance exams, the exams and the registration of specialties are carried out in three stages.

Required documents

  1. Graduation document: certificate or diploma (with a mark sheet),
  2. Photo (3x4 size) - 1 piece,
  3. Identity document (the original and a copy),
  4. Certificate issued by ATC regarding grades (the original),
  5. Document verifying the military service (the original) (if available),
  6. Additional documents in case of using privileges.

 

Attention!  3000 drams intended for the internal university examination and 1500 drams for documents acceptance should be paid in "Ardshinbank" to the YSU IB account number 2476100170940000. 

2024-2025 Admission Committee working days and hours

YSU IB Admissions Committee works from April 16 to May 10 (including) from 10:00 to 17:00.

Day off: April 21, 22, 24, 28, 29, May 1, 5, 6, 9

From June 26 to June 29 (including), the Commission works from 10:00 to 17:00.

From July 20 to July 26 (including), the Commission works from 10:00 to 17:00.

Day off: July 21, 22

Break; 13:00-14:00
