The Chair of Drawing, Painting and Sculpture

The Chair of Drawing, Painting and Sculpture has been formed since the foundation of the university.

Karapetyan, member of RA Artists’ Union, was the first head of Department, followed by, member of RA Artists’ Union, renowned painter Spartak Sargsyan (1996), member of RA Artists’ Union, assistant Mher Stepanyan (2006), member of RA Artists’ Union, Sergey Hovhannnisyan(2008), member of RA Artists’ Union, assistant Artur Mirzoyan (2011).

The Chair organizes education for “Applied Art” and “Design” Faculties.

The Chair staff organizes and takes part in an individual, group, thematic and various exhibitions.
